The Customer is responsible for backups of its Customer Data. Koderly will not provide the Customer any backups or exports of data held within Qucate, except in circumstances pertaining to satisfying GDPR requirements.
Following termination of the Terms and Conditions relating to Qucate, we will not delete Customer Data from our production environment for a period of three months (the “Retention Period”), and may assist you with exporting Customer Data during the Retention Period at our standard hourly consulting rate.
After the Retention Period has expired, we have the right to delete or destroy all Customer Data in our systems or otherwise in our possession or control in accordance with our internal data retention policies, unless legally prohibited, and will have no further obligation to make it available to you.
Koderly maintains backups of all Qucate services, which may be relied upon for disaster recovery.
